Abby Rubley
Ms. Rubley is the Field Director of the Environment Michigan Research & Policy Center. She specializes in activating citizens across the state on a variety of issues including clean energy, Great Lakes restoration and public land protection.
Abby completed her undergraduate and graduate schooling at Michigan State University in Agricultural and Natural Resource Communications and Agriculture and Extension Education respectively.
Her previous work experience includes serving as the Agricultural Policy Coordinator for the Illinois Stewardship Alliance and as a Legislative Aide for two different State Representatives in Michigan.
Kim Pargoff
Kim Pargoff is the Environmental Advocate in the Lansing office of Environment Michigan. Ms. Pargoff advocates and researches on Renewable Energy, Great Lakes, Air Quality and Public Lands Protection policy.Kim completed her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan, College of Engineering with a focus on Industrial and Environmental Engineering. She completed her Masters in Business at The UCLA Anderson School of Business where she also obtained a Certificate in Environmental Management from The Bren School of Environmental Science and Management at UC Santa Barbara.
Her previous experience includes working for a sustainable energy company in California with a primary focus on the Biofuels sector and LEED Buildings - as well as at Ducker Worldwide as a renewable and sustainable energy market analyst. Kim also worked in the environmental non-profit sector in California where her work included an Environmental Impact Project of the Motion Picture Industry with the California EPA and an Environmental Assessment and Improvement Project of Walt Disney Resorts.
