Please take the time to sign our petition calling on the legislature to pass strong water protection legislation that will preserve the Great Lakes.

Dear Michigan Legislature,

Please make protecting the Great Lakes from overuse and water bandits in other states a top priority by passing the Great Lakes Compact and science based implementing legislation.  We must lead the way in ensuring long term protection of the Great Lakes.  In doing this we will be preserving a vital source of drinking water, recreation and cultural significance for the 35 million people in the basin.
