Letter	Dear Senator, Michigan's clean energy resources, manufacturing base and technological know-how are a recipe for Michigan to become a leader in the development of clean energy. Please strengthen the House bill by ensuring that, at least 10% of our electricity comes from clean renewable energy by 2015 and 25% by 2025. The bill must also include short-term benchmarks and strong enforcement to ensure that investments in clean energy begin soon and in order to reduce pollution and grow Michiganâ€™s economy.
